BIO
Essē is a producer and DJ, based in Milan but born in Sardinia. The project is founded on the research to mix Techno, Ambient and Minimal. At the moment, he prefers not to define himself in terms of stylistic connotations but rather to space across the electronic musical universe. The
focus is on the origins of this genre, not only musically, but also considering the social impact it has had, and the importance it has assumed as redemption for communities in crisis. He’s a promoter and Dj resident of Flux, a series of electronic music events in Milan, that aims to give attention to sensitive issues such as social aggregation, diversity and respect for nature. He has released on various labels such as The Gods Planet, Insula Records and Warok Music. He works as a sound engineer and music production educator.
